Overview

Managing 12,000+ personnel across a classified installation required an HRMS handling duty rosters, leave, performance, and promotions — all without cloud connectivity.

The Challenge

The legacy setup was a patchwork of spreadsheets and legacy Windows apps with constant data-integrity issues. No internet meant no SaaS HR tools, and the system had to integrate biometric hardware under strict data-classification rules.
