Overview
We build commerce two ways. First — and foremost — we engineer custom, end-to-end commerce platforms from scratch: storefront, catalog, order and payment pipelines, all built in-house on Python, Node.js and Next.js. GamesTheShop and World2Door are full platforms we designed and developed this way — they are not built on Shopify. Second, for D2C brands that fit the model, we build and scale Shopify Plus stores. Both routes are engineered for launch-day traffic, conversion, and long-term ownership.
The Problem
High-volume retailers and cross-border brands routinely outgrow off-the-shelf SaaS. Themes buckle under launch-day load, checkout cannot handle bundles or multi-currency duties, payment and order logic is too rigid, and per-transaction lock-in eats margin. At the same time, many D2C brands want the speed of Shopify Plus without inheriting its performance debt. Most agencies only know one of these answers — they build themes, not platforms.
Our Approach
For custom platforms, we own the entire stack: a Next.js storefront over Python and Node.js services, an event-driven order and pre-order pipeline, Redis-backed inventory and queues, and PCI-aware payment integration across multiple gateways — hardened with WAF, rate limiting, and CDN edge caching, then load-tested to launch-day concurrency. For Shopify Plus, we start with a commerce audit (page speed, checkout funnel, app-stack debt), build custom Shopify apps for complex logic (subscriptions, bundles, loyalty), use Hydrogen for headless where performance demands it, and integrate Razorpay/Stripe with proper webhook handling. Every store we ship passes Core Web Vitals on mobile.
