The scale was unprecedented — 1.4 million users, 28 disciplines, 600+ clubs, and administrators in every Indian state — replacing a legacy mix of paper and disconnected spreadsheets. Data integrity and concurrent load were the critical risks.

We built Krida AI on Next.js and FastAPI with PostgreSQL sharded by discipline. AI performance analytics generated selection recommendations and injury-risk scores from historical data, with React Native apps for athletes and coaches and role-based access for 8 user types.
